The position will be based in the North and/or North West, with the primary work location to be determined in consultation with the successful applicant and service requirements.

Key responsibilities

- As the service continues to establish and grow its regional presence, you will have the opportunity to contribute to service development, shape recent ways of working and help build strong, sustainable pathways for children, young people and their families across these regions.
- Provide regional leadership in the development and staged implementation of the Tasmanian Paediatric Rehabilitation Service Model of Care.
- Support the delivery of coordinated, evidence-based and family-centred rehabilitation services across the North and North West.




- Provide specialist advice and act as a key point of contact for families, clinicians, referrers, managers, community services and other stakeholders.

What you need

- Excellent leadership, change management, communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills and a proven ability to be influential and credible to a range of senior professionals and consumers to effectively lead change.
- Please note that access to salaries beyond $135,445 is subject to qualifications and/or application to the personal upgrade scheme.
