As a member of the Catering team, you will be preparing high quality food and providing a excellent dining service to our residents to ensure a high quality of life.

nAbout the Role: n

- Providing resident meal service including assisting with meal preparation, providing a quality dining service and assisting residents as required
n
n

n
n

n
n
- Supporting your peers and maintaining a cooperative team spirit
n
n
- Working in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues and residents, closely following all policies and procedures
n
n

n
nTo be successful in this role you’ll need n
n

n
n
- A heart and passion for providing high quality care to the elderly
n
n
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude




n
n
- Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) - desirable but not essential
n
n
- Valuable understanding of food safety practices, kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
n
n
- Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills with experience interacting with a wide range of people
n
n
- Able to establish and maintain professional and appropriate relationships with residents and their families
n
n
- NDIS and Police check clearance or willing to obtain
n
n
