Mai-Wel Limited in Edgeworth, NSW, is seeking an enthusiastic Employment Coach to support participants toward meaningful employment. This part time role focuses on personalised, strengths-based coaching, building confidence and helping people overcome barriers to work.

You will work closely with participants, employers and service providers, manage a caseload, conduct interviews, develop Job Plans and maintain records in Workforce Australia to achieve sustainable outcomes.
