Behind the scenes, our warehouse teams play a critical role in keeping our operations running efficiently. We’re looking for a hands‑on Casual Returns Officer who has robust attention to detail, enjoys problem‑solving and takes pride in getting things done properly.

This role is all about managing returned products from start to finish — assessing stock, processing returns, recovering usable products and parts, maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring damaged products are handled safely.

Your Mission n

As a Returns Officer, you’ll take ownership of returned products and make sure every item is accurately assessed, documented and processed.

n

You’ll be responsible for:

n

n
- Receiving, assessing and processing returned products
n
- Recording serial numbers, batch information, photos, videos and test results where required
n




- Managing Return‑to‑Sender (RTS) stock
n
- Returning approved products to inventory and designated storage locations
n
- Identifying products that can be recovered, repaired or used for spare parts
n
- Stripping products to recover usable components where required
n
- Managing spare‑parts inventory and stock movements
n
- Safely disposing of damaged or non‑recoverable products
n
- Completing cycle counts and maintaining stock accuracy
n
- Managing returns and claims‑related email enquiries
n
- Escalating recurring product faults and quality concerns
n
- Maintaining accurate system records, stock adjustments and documentation
n
- Working with Warehouse, Product Quality, Supplier Claims and IT teams to resolve issues
n
- Following all WHS, Chain of Responsibility and company safety requirements
n

What Does Success Look Like? n

You’ll play an important part in keeping our returns operation efficient and accurate, with a focus on:

- Processing an average of 75 mixed pallet return items per day
n
- Maintaining high levels of processing and inventory accuracy
n
- Maximising recovery of seconds, spare parts and recoverable stock
n
- Supporting the reduction of warehouse write‑offs
n




- Maintaining 100% compliance with lithium battery safety and handling procedures
n
- Completing returns reporting and stock adjustments within required timeframes
n
- Identifying and escalating product quality issues quickly
n
- Maintaining a safe, clean and organised work environment
n

- You have warehouse, returns, inventory or stock‑control experience

- You’re organised and have excellent attention to detail
n
- You’re comfortable using computers and warehouse management systems
n
- You can work efficiently in a fast‑paced warehouse environment

- You're confident assessing products and following processes
n
- You take ownership of your work and maintain accurate records
n
- You understand the importance of workplace safety and safe manual handling
n
- You're comfortable performing physical warehouse duties, including regular lifting, packing and moving of products
n
- You enjoy problem‑solving and identifying opportunities to improve processes
n

A valid Refrigerant Handling Licence is required for the role, with training provided.
