Pearl Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our client, a large construction materials manufacturer based in South Guildford.
n This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, customer-focused person who enjoys working in a busy, fast-paced environment and is comfortable handling a high volume of calls.
About the Role:

n Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Answering and directing 50+ calls per day to the appropriate departments
n
- Managing customer enquiries and providing a high level of customer service
n
- Greeting and assisting customers, clients and visitors
n
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
n
- Assisting with compliance documentation, including scanning and cropping documents
n
- Maintaining accurate records and working across various internal systems
n

About You:
n
nWe're looking for someone who is professional, friendly and confident when dealing with customers and colleagues. Ideally, you will have previous reception,



administration or customer service experience, preferably within a fast-paced manufacturing, construction or similar workplace.n
To be successful for this role you will: n

- Have excellent phone manner and communication skills
n
- Confident working with various computer systems
n
- Have full Australian working rights
n
- Current driver's license & reliable vehicle to get to and from work
n
- The ability to pass a drug & alcohol screen
n

Hours & Remuneration:
n
nThis position will see you working Mon - Fri with full-time hours (8:30am - 5pm) This is an ongoing position with potential for permanency. Whilst you are paid via Pearl your hourly rate will be $41.19 per hour + super.n
