BDO is seeking a Senior Manager – M&A; Tax in Sydney. You will join a Private Equity & Corporate M&A; Tax team, advising on complex tax issues for domestic and international clients. You will work with Partners and Directors, liaising with clients, lawyers and investment bankers to drive outcomes.

You will bring 4–8 years of Australian tax experience in M&A;, with qualifications such as CA/CTA or a law degree. A collaborative, inclusive approach and solid communication are essential.
