The Client Service Officer provides vital administrative support to our financial advisers, ensuring the smooth delivery of advice and an exceptional client experience. Key responsibilities
Provide high quality administrative support to the Financial Adviser
Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and email, ensuring timely and professional responses
Assist in the preparation and processing of financial advice documents, applications, and follow-ups
Deliver all documentation efficiently, accurately and to identified timeframes
Schedule and prepare for client meetings
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM and financial planning systems
Action workflows within the desired time frame
Provide general office support including filing, scanning, and document management
Greet clients and prepare refreshments e.g. water, tea and coffee
About you
Proven experience (2 years) in a financial services, administration or similar role
A general understanding of the financial services industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customer-outcome focus
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Detail and deliverable oriented with ability to follow through and manage outstanding tasks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Intermediate skills in MS Office suite, particularly in Word & Excel
Complete tasks and responsibilities without direct supervision and be proactive in achieving desired outcomes
Demonstrated ability to plan and co-ordinate workload and meet competing deadlines
Maintains a positive, can-do attitude while adapting to changing demands
