As a Team Leader , you will play a pivotal role in driving best‑in‑class execution of client plans across our Sales and Merchandising teams. Your focus will be on:

- Coaching and developing field representatives
n
- Driving sales excellence and team performance
n
- Managing key relationships with Area and Zone Managers across Grocery, Mass, and Convenience channels
n

n

This role is ideal for an experienced people leader from Retail or Field Marketing. Alternatively, you may be a strong Sales Executive or Merchandiser who is ready to take the next step in their career.

n





You will be responsible for supporting and managing field teams acrossVictoria (VIC) .

n

What you'll bring:

n

n
- Previous experience in a people/team management in either Retail or Field Marketing (preferred)
n
- A reliable car and valid driver's license
n
- Confidence to manage a team remotely who work across all ofVIC
n
- Ability to coach and facilitate training in a sales environment with the ability to identify team prospect areas and build strategies to ensure high performance.
n
- Strong time and priority management skills.
n
- Tech savvy and comfortable working across multiple systems and platforms.
n
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly with PowerPoint and Excel.
n
