We're looking for an experienced Storesperson / Trade Counter professional to join a well-established steel and industrial supplies business in Brookvale.

Brookvale, NSW | $34-$36/hr + Super | 9am-5pm | Monday-Friday

Full-Time | Temp to Permanent

What You’ll Be Doing

- Pick, pack and prepare customer orders across a wide range of products, from small hardware through to structural steel
- Serve customers at the trade counter, understand their requirements and assist them with product selection
- Check stock availability and provide customers with accurate delivery timeframes
- Receive, unload and organise incoming stock
- Safely move and store products throughout the warehouse
- Assist with loading customer and delivery vehicles
- Maintain accurate stock levels and keep the warehouse clean, safe and organised
- Work closely with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure customers receive a excellent experience

About You

We're looking for someone who is reliable, practical and confident dealing with customers, with:





- 2-3+ years' experience in a busy warehouse environment
- Experience in hardware, steel, industrial supplies, trade centres, automotive or spare parts highly regarded
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Confidence speaking with customers face‑to‑face and understanding their needs
- Good physical fitness and the ability to handle manual tasks
- A strong work ethic and willingness to get involved across the warehouse
- Forklift Licence highly regarded, but not essential
