Customised Compounding is seeking a Pharmacist - Non Compounding to join our team in Dural, NSW on a part-time basis. This role offers a valuable opportunity to contribute to our pharmacy operations whilst maintaining flexibility in your work schedule. As a Non Compounding Pharmacist, you will focus on dispensing, patient consultation, and general pharmacy management, playing a key part in delivering excellent healthcare services to our community. This position is ideal for a qualified pharmacist looking for part-time work that allows them to balance professional responsibilities with personal commitments.

Key responsibilities

- Accurately dispense medications and pharmaceutical products according to prescriptions and quality standards
- Provide professional advice and counselling to patients regarding medication use, side effects, and contraindications
- Maintain detailed and accurate pharmacy records and patient medication histories
- Verify prescriptions for accuracy, legality, and appropriateness before dispensing
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control of pharmaceutical products
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and pharmacy standards
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals including GPs and specialists to optimise patient outcomes
- Process payments and manage till operations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised dispensary environment
- Support the pharmacy team and contribute to a positive workplace culture

What we're looking for

- Current registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia and an unrestricted pharmacy licence
- Formal qualification in pharmacy (Bachelor of Pharmacy or Master of Pharmacy)
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, interactions,



and contraindications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in dispensing and record-keeping
- Proficiency with pharmacy management software and computer systems
- Understanding of relevant legislation including the Therapeutic Goods Act and Privacy Act
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Previous experience in a community or retail pharmacy setting is preferred
