We’re working with a growing eCommerce company on the Gold Coast that is looking for a strong PHP / Laravel Developer to join their development team and play a key role in building and improving their online platforms.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working on real products and wants to have a genuine impact on the technology behind a busy eCommerce workplace.

What you’ll be doing

- Developing and maintaining high-quality applications using PHP and Laravel
- Building new features and improving existing eCommerce functionality
- Working closely with developers and wider business teams to deliver new projects
- Integrating APIs and third-party services
- Improving application performance and scalability
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Contributing to development standards and best practices
- Taking ownership of projects and helping shape technical decisions

What we’re looking for

- Strong commercial experience with PHP




- Solid hands‑on experience with Laravel
- Strong understanding of MySQL / relational databases
- Experience building and maintaining eCommerce platforms or high-traffic web applications
- Comfortable working with APIs and third‑party integrations
- Good understanding of Git and modern development practices
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Someone who can work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider team
