Key responsibilities

- You will deliver high-quality nursing care while supporting the leadership and coordination of the ward or unit.
- You will assist the Nurse Unit Manager with staffing, rostering, performance management and day-to-day operations, while promoting continuity and consistency of care.
- You will also provide guidance and support to less experienced staff and contribute to a positive team and learning culture.

What you need

- Registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia with a current practising certificate.
- Minimum 3 years post-registration experience or currently classified as a Clinical Nurse.
- Demonstrated competence in nursing practice and ability to support and supervise others.
