What You will Be Doing

Delivering exceptional customer service across inbound phone, website, email and scheduling platforms.

n

Supporting customers by providing tailored solutions and promoting our services.

n

Maintaining accurate customer information in our database.

n

Attending specialist training to continually enhance your skills.

n

Collaborating with a fun and motivated team that values your input.

About You

n

A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building relationships.

n

Motivated to learn and grow in your career.

n

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

n

Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

n

Enjoys working in a team environment and helping others.

n

National Police Clearance (required).

n

Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm.

n

Previous customer service experience in a similar environment is highly desirable, but we provide full training - if you bring the attitude, we'll teach you the rest!
