We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform Software Engineer who combines strong hands-on development expertise with the ability to provide technical leadership. You will work closely with software engineers, business stakeholders and multidisciplinary project teams to deliver reliable, scalable and user-focused applications.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Design, develop and enhance solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse and the Power Platform.
n
- Build responsive digital experiences using Power Pages and modern front-end technologies.
n
- Develop and integrate front-end applications with APIs, backend services and enterprise systems.
n
- Write clean, productive and maintainable code that aligns with established architectural standards and development patterns.
n
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to other software engineers.
n
- Oversee development activities and help ensure the quality, functionality and reliability of delivered solutions.
n
- Develop reusable components and contribute to consistent engineering practices.
n
- Support source control, automated builds, testing and deployment through Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
n
- Collaborate closely with business representatives and multidisciplinary delivery teams in a small, highly cohesive project environment.
n
- Analyse technical challenges and contribute practical, well-designed solutions.

Essential Experience n

To succeed in this role, you will need:

n

Security clearance: Must be an Australian Citizen & Must be able to obtain Baseline clearance.

n

- Demonstrated experience developing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse and the Power Platform, including Power Pages.
n
- Strong front-end development skills using JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML and CSS.
n
- Experience with a modern front-end framework, ideally Vue.js.
n
- Strong full-stack development experience using C#, .NET, REST APIs, JSON and SQL.
n
- Experience integrating front-end applications with backend services and APIs.
n
- Experience with Azure and Power Platform integration technologies, including API Management, Azure Functions, Logic Apps and Power Automate.
n
- Experience working within established application architectures, development patterns and reusable component frameworks.
n
- Practical experience with Azure DevOps, source control and CI/CD practices.
n
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
n
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary delivery teams.
n

Highly Desirable nn
- Experience with AI and intelligent automation technologies, such as Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder, generative AI or agent-based solutions.
n
- Relevant Microsoft certifications across Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure or artificial intelligence.
n
