As the Legal Counsel , Capital Projects , you will report to Senior Director, Capital Projects , and work closely with various teams and leadership across the Asia Pacific region , making your mark in a number of ways:

- Youwillworkclosely withtheAirTrunkLegal,Site Selectionand Developmentteamsandotherkeybusiness stakeholders, applying your broadexpertiseand knowledgetolead and drivekeysite selection,property,planning,leasingandacquisitionworkstreamsacross the APJ region.
- You Willadviseonnew, significant and uniqueinitiatives, strategiesand processesbeing developedacross thesite selection, property,planning,land acquisitionspaceto enabletherapid expansion ofAirTrunkdatacentredevelopmentsacross APJ,utilisingyour conceptual thinking to understand advanced issues and implicationsand convey them appropriately.




- You willbe able tohone newskills andexpertiseinrelated workstreams asrequired,such asenergy,construction,developmentandprocurement,applyingan in-depth knowledge ofAirTrunk’sbusiness, operations, technologies and servicesandprovidinglegalsupport onAirTrunk’sstrategic initiatives.

Your Day to Day

- Reviewand negotiatelegalcontracts,andprovidepracticalandcommerciallegal advice on a range ofproperty and planningworkstreamsacross APJ, and clearly convey advanced informationconcisely and commercially.
- Support theSite Selectionteamto implementnew, or improve on existing,commercial arrangements and contractual frameworks andpolicies to supporttherapid expansion ofdata centre developmentsthrough APJ.
- Monitor andidentifyemergingproperty, foreign investment, planningissuesand developmentsfrom alegal orregulatoryperspective,drive initiatives to ensureawareness,andcomplianceand improve processes withinAirTrunk, including through training and development of new policies and procedures.
- AdvisetheSite Selectionteamas neededtomonitor,manage,and resolveclaims and/ordisputes.

Requirements

- Lawdegree from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of8yearsin real propertyexperience gained from a reputablelawfirmand/orwithinan in-house environment, experience in planninga plus.
- Experience in advising across a broad range ofproperty-related areas,across APJ markets.




- Demonstrated ability to apply sound judgement and commercial acumen to a range ofnegotiations,whilstdelivering practicallegaladvice that manages risk.
- Ability to autonomously and efficiently manage multipleworkstreams,prioritiesand stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation,relationshipbuildingand stakeholder management skills.
- Enjoys being challenged, has a “can do” attitude, is prepared to goabove and beyondand is eager to learn and develop an in-depth knowledge ofAirTrunk’sbusiness and operations.
- Thrives in a fun, team-oriented, fast-paced working environment.
