General Powder Coating Labourers / Sandblasters

About the Role

Ridgewood Powder Coating is currently seeking reliable and hardworking General Labourers and Sandblasters to join our growing teams at our Narangba and Brendale facilities.

These are hands‑on roles in a busy manufacturing environment, supporting powder coating operations from start to finish. Whether you have experience or are looking to start a career in the industry, we provide training for the right people who are eager to learn.

Your Responsibilities

- Hanging and preparing products for powder coating

- Sandblasting and surface preparation

- Wrapping, packing and preparing completed orders for dispatch

- Loading and unloading materials

- Assisting powder coaters and production staff

- General factory and workshop duties

- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment

What We're Looking For





- Previous experience in manufacturing, powder coating, sandblasting or a similar industry is advantageous but not essential

- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn

- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team

- Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship

- Forklift licence is an advantage (but not essential)
