Casual/Temporary hours, min 2 shift per week availability, must be available either Friday or Saturday evenings and available for min 12 months

Basic bar knowledge and coffee experience required

Your Duties:

Provide a warm, friendly, and genuine guest experience from greeting to seating.

Recommend menu items, upsell products, and handle reservations and payments.

Maintain cleanliness and order in the venue, ensuring everything is up to Farro’s high standards.

Be prepared to take on additional bar and coffee training as needed.

Skills & Requirements: Available weekends and long-term Victorian RSA

Positive knowledge of dining and service procedures, ability to work as a team and independently





Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A guest-focused mindset, with flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to upholding Farro’s high standards.
