Firstchance is seeking a passionate Coordinator of Supports to join our cooperative team in Newcastle, Mayfield. You will work with families to understand and implement NDIS plans, connect with supports, and build capacity to navigate services with confidence.
Based at our Mayfield office, you will travel across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and Port Stephens, supporting children, young people and families in their natural environments and local communities.
