Senior Team Leaders provide leadership to and management of a team of qualified and operational staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality child protection services that includes assessment, intervention, casework and case management in accordance with legislation and practice guidelines to children, young people, families and communities serviced by the workgroup. This is achieved by a collaborative integrated multi-disciplinary team (that may include representation from other agencies).
