About the Role

This is a varied and rewarding position with a busy General Practice environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

Chronic Condition Management (Care Plans & Reviews)

n
- n

Health Assessments

n
- n

Immunisations (Childhood, Adult and Travel)

n
- n

Wound management

n
- n

ECGs, Spirometry and Ear Syringing

n
- n

Assisting with minor procedures

n
- n

Patient education and preventative healthcare

n
- n





Cold Chain Management

n
- n

Infection prevention and control

n
- n

General treatment room nursing

n

n

As our practice continues to expand, you'll also have opportunities to be involved in cardiac screening clinics, chronic disease programs and quality improvement initiatives.

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- n

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse

n
- n

Current CPR Certificate

n
- n

Current COVID-19 Vaccination status in accordance with healthcare requirements

n
- n

Professional Indemnity Insurance

n
- n

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

n
- n

The ability to work both independently and collaboratively

n
- n

A genuine passion for patient care

n
- n

Strong organisational and time management skills

n

n

General Practice experience and experience using Best Practice software will be highly regarded, however training can be provided for the right candidate.
