We're looking for a talented Video Editor to jump into a busy in-house creative team for a leading retail brand.You'll be creating short-form video advertising for paid social, alongside organic content — turning briefs, raw footage and existing assets into quick, engaging creative for Meta, TikTok and Instagram.What we're looking forAround 2–5 years' video editing experienceStrong short-form and social editing skillsA good instinct for hooks, pacing and what stops the scrollComfortable creating ad variations, cut-downs, captions and easy motionExperience with paid social/performance creative is a big plusRetail, eCommerce or consumer brand experience is outstanding, but not essentialAbility to shoot simple social content is a bonus
