Key responsibilities
- Manage and deliver technical HF leadership across multiple projects and HF reviews.
- Perform HF integration and assurance tasks to support project delivery.
- Lead improvements in HF foundations and practices.
- Develop and integrate HF requirements into project and system design processes.
What you need
- Strong demonstrated ability in applying HF techniques in complex, high‑reliability environments.
- Strong experience in consultation, facilitation and representing Human Factors in a variety of internal and external stakeholder situations.
- Skilled at identifying and addressing Human Factors challenges, managing resistance to change, and integrating contemporary positive‑practice approaches to improve system safety.
