About Us

We’re more than an early childhood service – we’re a community. Nestled in Grays Point, our nature-inspired haven offers River Kindy and Beyond the Gate adventures, homely environments, and a big dose of the outdoors. With chickens clucking in our nature yard, with our gardens growing delicious vegetables to taste, children painting under the trees, and STEM projects sparking curiosity, we’ve built a space where childhood thrives, and children learn how to be curious and respectful citizens of the world.

The Role

We’re searching for someone who is passionate about learning and wants to work with children. A well-rounded educator, organiser and communicator. Ideally, you will be passionate and enthusiastic, caring and respectful of children’s and parent’s needs, but also disciplined, dynamic, and incredibly team focused with an emphasis on continuous career development and improvement.

On a personal level you possess compassion, flexibility, sincerity and integrity.

Essential Qualifications and skills:

- Prepared to undertake your Cert 3 traineeship, in Children's Services
- Current Working with Children Check
- Proficiency in the English Language
- Enthusiasm and commitment to the early childhood profession
