Working closely with the RTBA Chief Financial Officer, General Manager and key stakeholders, the position further provides expert financial analysis, governance oversight and strategic advice to support operational and financial decision-making.

Key responsibilities

- The role also drives continuous improvement in reconciliation methodologies, reporting, financial controls and assurance processes, ensuring compliance with legislative, regulatory and audit requirements while strengthening confidence in the RTBA's financial management framework.
- The Senior Financial Analyst is also responsible for leading the financial reconciliation function for the RTBA Bond Management System, ensuring the integrity, accuracy and completeness of bond transactions and financial records.
- The role oversees complex reconciliation processes across high-volume financial transactions, identifies and resolves discrepancies,



and maintains a robust control workplace that supports the safeguarding of bond funds.
- Oversee the RTBA’s bond management system reconciliation function, ensuring the accuracy, integrity and completeness of financial records while driving continuous improvement to processes, internal controls and governance frameworks to minimise financial and operational risk.
