About the role

We are looking for a confident, energetic, passionate ales sales assistant! The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Club Manager in obtaining leads and converting them into membership sales. Your role involves calling enquiries, booking and conducting gym tours, selling memberships and doing inductions. The Sales Assistant also contributes to the administration of the club by undertaking general administrative tasks and cleaning.

You are a skilled with a strong sense of motivation, devotion, and enthusiasm for all things fitness.



You enjoy the challenge of sales and work well in a team. You thrive in a positive work environment and take pleasure in forming relationships with clients. You also have the following attributes:

- The ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Confident, outgoing and bubbly.
- Previous sales experience is desirable but not essential.

Must have qualifications:

- Certificate III or IV in Fitness is desirable.
- Current Senior First Aid certificate and CPR (or higher qualification).
- Must have appropriate police/working with children check.

Available to work 4-7pm Monday to Thursday and 9am-1pm Saturday as required.
