Dentist Required for Busy Dental Practice in the Heart of Brisbane

My Dentist Alderley isn't a standard general practice. We're building Dentistry 2.0: an oral longevity and wellness approach to dentistry that goes beyond fixing problems after they arise. Our philosophy is root-cause diagnosis, minimally invasive care, low-tox materials, and a genuine whole-body, longevity-driven lens on oral health, alongside high-quality cosmetic and general dentistry.

We're a growing, forward-thinking practice with real ambitions, and we're looking for a dentist who wants to be part of building something meaningful, not just filling a chair.

The Role

We're seeking a General Dentist to join our team, offering full scope of general dentistry including restorative (direct & indirect), surgical, endodontic, paediatric, and prosthodontic care.

Days: adaptable, to be discussed with the right candidate long term, but currently Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Competitive remuneration: 40% commission structure

- Mentorship: dedicated weekly time to work through treatment planning together, not just an open door. Mentorship will centre around Wellness informed General Dentistry and Advanced Cosmetic Dentistry including Invisalign and Veneers
