Perfect Beginnings Early Learning Centre – Holland Park West QLD

Perfect Beginnings Montessori is seeking a passionate and inspiring Educational Leader & 2IC to join our team at our Holland Park. This is a 5 day per week position offering a rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of young children during their crucial early developmental years. As the educational leader & 2ic, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational program across the service and support the centre manager in the daily operations of the centre. Your expertise and enthusiasm will directly contribute to the centre's commitment to providing high-quality early childhood education and care through the Montessori approach.

Key responsibilities

- Educational Leadership
- Curriculum & Pedagogy: Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the educational program in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) or specialized approaches (e.g., Montessori).
- Mentoring & Practice: Role model best practice in teaching, mentor educators, and guide staff through reflective practice and professional growth.
- Compliance & Quality: Lead compliance with National Quality Standards (NQS), maintain pedagogical documentation, and drive the service’s Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
- 2IC & Operational Leadership
- Service Management Support: Support the Centre Manager in day-to-day operations, including staff rostering, compliance oversight, and room ratios.
- Acting Leadership: Step in as the Responsible Person in Charge / Acting Centre Manager in the Director’s absence.
- Community & Partnerships:



Foster positive relationships with families, staff, and external agencies to build an inclusive community culture.
