About the role

We’re looking for a senior lawyer (5+ PQE) to join our internal team at Lawpath Legal. As a member of our legal team, you will advise startups and small/medium businesses on a wide range of general commercial matters. While no two days will be exactly the same, your main responsibilities will include:

- Corporate/Commercial expertise: Significant experience in corporate and commercial law.
- Startup enthusiast: Passion for startups, NewLaw, and legal innovation.
- If you have experience with business sale and commercial property matters, this is a bonus but not required
- Business savvy: An understanding of the challenges faced by SMBs.
- Independent problem-solver: Ability to work autonomously and make quick decisions.
- Adaptable professional: Comfortable in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment.
- Client-focused: Dedication to exceeding client expectations and ensuring their satisfaction
