We're an established Australian workforce solutions provider supporting public and private healthcare services across Australia.
We're privately owned, founder-led and ambitious. The business is focused on strengthening systems and leadership capability, maintaining high service standards and delivering a number of significant growth initiatives.
Our identity will be shared with shortlisted candidates.
Not your typical EA role
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Executive Assistant who can bring structure, rhythm and follow-through to a fast-moving executive environment.
This role is less about managing a calendar and more about making sure the right things get done.
You will act as the air-traffic controller for executive priorities — helping the CEO stay focused and informed while ensuring important decisions, commitments and initiatives keep moving.
The role exists to bring structure and follow-through to competing priorities, freeing up the CEO to focus on the work that has the greatest impact.
What this role is
Create structure and rhythm around competing priorities
Turn meetings, discussions and rough ideas into clear actions, owners and deadlines
Close loops and ensure commitments are followed through
Protect the CEO’s time and attention by filtering noise and surfacing what matters
Keep senior leaders aligned on decisions, priorities and progress
Identify risks, overlaps and conflicting priorities early
Build practical systems that improve accountability and consistency
Bring calm and clarity when the pace or pressure increases
You will have the confidence to follow up senior leaders, challenge priorities respectfully and redirect activity when it is getting in the way of progress.
What this role is not
This is not a traditional EA role centred on diary management, travel and administration.
Those responsibilities are part of the position, but they are not its purpose.
We are looking for someone who anticipates what needs to happen, creates the structure around it and follows it through to an outcome.
Key Responsibilities
preparing agendas, executive briefs and pre-read material
attending key meetings and capturing decisions, actions and owners
maintaining a clear source of truth for priorities, commitments and risks
following up actions and escalating early
managing information flow across the executive and leadership team
translating complex information into concise summaries
triaging email and meeting requests
improving meeting structure and protecting executive focus time
maintaining records and systems so important information is easy to retrieve
supporting selected priority projects
managing diary and traditional EA requirements as needed.
Preferred Experience
You are to be an experienced senior EA, Executive Officer who has worked successfully in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.
You will be:
highly organised and proactive
calm and unflappable under pressure
confident dealing with robust personalities and competing views
comfortable respectfully challenging senior people
an excellent listener and concise writer
commercially aware and able to see the implications behind decisions
Looking for someone with strong executive operations capability, sound judgement, discretion, high EQ and the confidence to operate with authority.
What's on Offer
Executive Leadership role reporting directly to the CEO
Highly Competitive Executive renumeration
Your application will include the following questions:
- Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
