Key responsibilities

- As a Community Support Worker in our cutting-edge Consumer Directed Care model, you will provide personalised care to people who are aged, frail, or living with a disability, helping them maintain independence and stay in their homes or Residential Aged Care facilities.
- You'll work closely with consumers, their families, and health professionals, helping them make decisions about their care while ensuring quality and compassionate outcomes.

What you need

- At the WHD4 level you will provide personal care and support to clients with complex care needs.
