About the role

n

Mello House seeks for someone experienced, enthusiastic and adaptable concierge team member to join their team. They will be an industry professional with extensive knowledge and a true passion for customer service.

n

This is a part time role, with a minimum of 24 hours per week.

n

The ideal candidate will have:

n

n
- Knowledge of Opera Cloud - Proficient in handling guest profiles, reservations, billing, and room allocation.
n
- Experience with iVvy or similar event management software - Confident in coordinating guest events, bookings, and venue layouts.
n




- Event Planning & Coordination - Able to assist with organising private dinners, meetings, celebrations, and special experiences.
n
- Tech-savvy & Adaptive - Quick to learn and use new apps, platforms, and internal tools.
n
- Personalised Guest Service - Capable of tailoring recommendations and experiences to each guest's preferences and needs.
n
- Problem-Solving Abilities - Resourceful and calm under pressure, with a proactive approach to guest requests and complaints.
n
- Multitasking & Time Management - Able to manage multiple guest requests, priorities, and tasks simultaneously.
