In this role, you'll help shape workforce practice across government by providing expert advice and contributing to initiatives that support a capable and effective public sector workforce.
Key responsibilities
- You will undertake research, analyse workforce information, contribute to policy and guidance development, and deliver projects that support effective workforce management across the public sector.
- You will be part of a small, team-oriented team that serves as the first point of contact for agency workforce practice enquiries, providing high-quality advice and support on workforce policies and legislation.
- You'll be comfortable building relationships, analysing information, and turning complex issues into practical advice and solutions.
