What You’ll Be Doing:

- Lead the day-to-day operation of the workshop
- Drive team performance and achieve sales and productivity targets
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners
- Provide expert advice and promote products and services
- Maintain a safe, organised, and efficient workshop
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven leadership experience in an automotive service centre
- A results-driven mindset with a strong track record in sales and customer service
- Reliable, committed and confident in managing team performance
- Automotive Trade qualification (desirable but not essential)




- A valid Australian driver’s licence
- Availability Monday to Friday and every second Saturday morning
- You must be an Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen
