Fitness First Bondi is seeking a part-time Group Fitness Manager to lead a agile team of instructors and coaches. You will shape class timetables, drive attendance, and ensure exceptional studio presentation while upholding service standards.
You will coach instructors, manage payroll and rostering, and collaborate with regional leaders to grow member engagement and retention. A Certificate III in Fitness and WWCC are required, with AusActive registration and First Aid/CPR.
