Warehouse Manager | NSW Glass Operations

We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Manager to lead our NSW Glass warehouse and transport operation, driving operational excellence while building a high-performing team.

n

In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee the day-to-day management of warehouse and distribution activities, ensuring the operation delivers outstanding safety, compliance, customer service and commercial outcomes. You'll lead a team of Supervisors, Inventory Control and warehouse employees, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the safe and efficient operation of the NSW Glass warehouse and transport fleet.
n
- Drive operational performance through effective management of people, assets, productivity and costs.
n
- Ensure compliance with NHVR, Chain of Responsibility (CoR), HACCP and company standards.
n
- Manage labour utilisation, operational costs and performance against budget targets.
n
- Build strong relationships with customers, contractors and key internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service outcomes.
n
- Manage customer escalations and operational challenges with a solutions-focused approach.
n
- Coach, mentor and develop team members while leading a high-performance culture.
n
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, service and profitability.

What You'll Bring

n

n
- Leadership experience within transport, logistics, warehousing or supply chain operations.
n
- Strong knowledge of safety, NHVR,



CoR and operational compliance requirements.
n
- Experience managing operational budgets, labour utilisation and performance outcomes.
n
- SAP, WMS and TMS experience, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
n
- A people-first leadership style with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
- A continuous improvement mindset and proven ability to drive operational results.
n
