Redspot Car Rentals is seeking Part-time Rental Sales Officers (20 hours per week) to join our Coburg team . The position will be part of a rotating roster, that includes working weekends. Car rental experience is not required; any applicant with a customer service or retail sales background should apply!

About the role n

Primary responsibilities include:

- Customer Service at our Car Rental Counter
n
- Handle bookings and all customer phone enquiries
n
- Checking of vehicles prior to and on return of rentals
n

About You n

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic with a positive and professional attitude and will have the following skills and attributes:

- Adaptive verbal and written communication

- Ability to identify customer needs and make sales

- Ability to learn and operate our point-of-sale software
n
- Strong attention to detail

- Organisation skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

- Flexibility with willingness to learn and adapt

- Ability to follow process, procedures and maintain documentation

All applicants must holder a valid Driver’s Licence. The successful applicant will also be required to submit a Traffic History prior to commencement.
