About the Role

As part of our Major Projects division, you’ll work alongside Tier 1contractors across Ballarat and Western Victoria, managing a strong pipeline of major infrastructure, renewable energy, mining and transport projects, making it one of the most diverse and exciting growth regions in the state on major builds across the region. This role is all aboutcoordination, influence and keeping projects running smoothly by ensuringequipment, schedules, safety requirements and customer needs all line up.

What You’ll Do

- Manageday-to-day project requirements and on-site coordination
- Planand forecast equipment needs for large, rapid-moving projects
- Guide,support and delegate across multiple stakeholders to keep operationsflowing
- Buildstrong working relationships with customers and suppliers
- Prepareproject reports, monitor financial performance and support continuousimprovement
- Completesafety documentation and organise deliveries, subcontractors andscheduling
- Travelto regional or remote sites as required

About you
You’re someone who thrives in complex environments, stayscalm under pressure, and has a solid track record working in project orsite-based roles.

- Provenexperience in a project,



site or operations role within construction,infrastructure or related fields
- Stronginfluencing skills — able to coordinate people and tasks without formallyleading a team
- Commercialawareness and experience working with costs/P&Ls;
- Excellentmultitasking and organisational ability
- SolidMS Office capability
- Currentdriver’s licence
