Maryborough District Health Service (MDHS) is seeking a Weekend Supervisor to provide hands‑on leadership and coordination across Support Services from Friday to Monday.
Working closely with the Support Services Manager, you’ll be a key point of support and escalation for weekend operations, coordinating staffing, workloads and day‑to‑day service requirements.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervise and support Support Services staff
- Coordinate staffing, rostering and daily workloads
- Respond to unplanned leave and changing service priorities
- Act as an escalation point for weekend operational matters
- Monitor service standards and support safe, effective service delivery
- Maintain effective communication and handover with the Support Services Manager
