Key responsibilities
- You will provide direction on complex matters, help your team navigate challenging situations and ensure clients receive a high standard of service.
- You'll monitor team performance, quality and compliance while identifying opportunities to improve the way we support our clients.
- As a Team Leader, you will lead, coach and develop a team of Consultants who support a portfolio of clients with complex financial and legal needs.
What you need
- You'll be an experienced people leader who can build a positive, accountable and supportive team environment.
- Experience leading and developing teams in a service-based setting.
- Experience supporting people experiencing vulnerability or complex circumstances.
