We’re looking for passionate / experienced Wait Staff to join our team and help create unforgettable experiences for every guest.

As a member of our Front of House team, you’ll deliver warm, professional service in a fast-paced environment while creating the fun and welcoming atmosphere Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. is known for.

What you’ll be doing:

n

n
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service.
n
- Welcome, seat, and engage with guests throughout their dining experience.
n
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
n




- Recommend menu items and promotions through suggestive selling.
n
- Serve food and drinks to company standards.
n
- Monitor tables and respond to guest needs promptly.
n
- Maintain clean, organised, and welcoming dining areas.
n
- Process customer payments including cash and EFTPOS.
n
- Follow food safety, hygiene, RSA, and WHS requirements.
n
- Work collaboratively with Front of House and kitchen teams.
n
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve minor issues professionally.
n

What we’re looking for:

n

- Previous experience in hospitality a la carte / full table service is preferred.
n
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
n
- Food Safety Certificate.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- A positive attitude and strong customer service focus.
n
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Strong teamwork and time management skills.
n
- Well-presented with a professional approach.
n
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
n
- Australian working rights.
