The Role

As a Finance & Administration Officer, you will provide key support across the firm's finance function. Your duties will include:

- Accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
- Trust accounting and trust account reconciliations
- Trust account audits
- General account reconciliations and financial administration
- Payroll processing using HR3
- Assisting with month‑end procedures, including financial reporting
- Record management, filing, and document administration

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in legal accounts (essential)
- Strong trust accounting experience
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
