About the Role: n

We currently have a vacancy for a Back Counter Parts Interpreter to join our Parts department located in Kirrawee. As a Back Counter Parts Interpreter, you will sell automotive parts and accessories, identify the correct replacement parts for vehicles and supply them to our customers and workshop technicians.

This position is Permanent Full-Time; Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 5:00pm

n

Previous Automotive experience is preferred but not essential. We welcome candidates with no prior experience looking to kickstart a career in Automotive!

Responsibilities: n

n
- Sales, stock control & administration duties relating to automotive replacement parts
n
- Respond to customer enquiries via back and front counters, telephone and email providing product advice and technical parts support
n




- Preparing quotes & parts documentation
n
- Working closely with our Service team to identify and supply the correct parts, ensuring productivity and efficiency
n
- Selling automotive products and services
n

About you: nn
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional phone manner
n
- Previous experience in Automotive Parts - preferred but not essential as we are open to candidates with no experience!
n
- A passion for all things Automotive is a must!
n
- Must demonstrate a strong work ethic, be reliable and punctual
n
- Great team player; ability to work in a team environment
n
- Able to take instructions
n
- Solid commitment to exceptional customer service
n
- Strong attention to detail
n
- Strong computer skills – highly regarded
n
- Experience using ERA Power/NET, Pentana and Reynolds software’s – preferred but not essential (training will be provided)
n
- Current NSW Driver's License
n
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
n
