All round production worker for food manufacturing

AGM Foods is a boutique fermented food manufacturing business based in Wynnum. This is a dynamic role where you will learn all aspects of the business. You will be an all-rounder ready to get stuck into everything from raw material receivals, production, and packaging, right through to dispatch. This role offers excellent, secure hours (6:30 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday).

Key responsibilities

Production: Accurately follow production sheets to manufacture fermented food products.

Warehouse & Logistics: Manage the end-to-end flow of goods, from receiving ingredients to dispatching final orders.

Packaging & Cleaning: Pack finished products securely and maintain high hygiene standards across the factory floor.

Compliance:



Correctly fill out daily production records, quality logs, and essential paperwork.

About you

Attention to Detail: Absolute accuracy is essential for following recipes and completing required paperwork.

Physical Fitness: Capability to comfortably manage daily heavy lifting and physical factory work.

Independence: A self-starter who can work autonomously without constant supervision.

Forklift Licence: A current forklift licence is a distinct bonus, but not essential.

Reliability: Punctual, honest, and possesses a strong all-round work ethic.
