n We're seeking a Principal Design Engineer to be our most senior technical expert in product design and engineering. You'll solve complex design challenges, drive next-generation product development, influence engineering strategy, and set the standards that define our products.
What you'll do

- Lead complex product design and engineering initiatives
n
- Drive innovation and future product platform development
n
- Develop manufacturable solutions using SolidWorks
n
- Improve product performance, reliability and cost efficiency
n
- Shape engineering standards, methods and best practices
n
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship across teams
n
- Support design reviews and major engineering projects
n
- Partner with Manufacturing, Product and Compliance teams
n
- Influence technology roadmaps and strategic decisions
n





About you n

n
- Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or similar
n
- Extensive product design experience in manufacturing
n
- Advanced SolidWorks and product development expertise
n
- Solid knowledge of DFM, DFMEA, validation and reliability
n
- Proven ability to solve complex technical challenges
n
- Experience influencing technical decisions and strategy
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Passion for innovation, quality and continuous improvement
