You'll be responsible for leading our bar operations, driving service standards, developing our beverage offering and inspiring a talented team in one of Melbourne's busiest premium venues.

Key responsibilities

- Lead the daily operation of multiple bars and beverage service
- Recruit, train and develop a high-performing bar team
- Manage stock control, ordering, inventory and supplier relationships
- Create and develop seasonal cocktail menus and beverage initiatives
- Ensure compliance with RSA, licensing, health and safety standards
- Work closely with the Restaurant Manager and Head Chef to deliver seamless guest experiences
- Assist in planning and executing functions, events and activations

About you

- Previous Bar Manager or senior leadership experience in a premium, high-volume venue
- Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and premium beverages
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent organisation and stock management experience
- A passion for innovation and creating memorable guest experiences
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and late nights
