Full time Permanent Salary $90,000 to $100,000 per annum plus
superannuation Position Summary: PlayPro Australia Pty Ltd is
seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the
planning, coordination and delivery of commercial playground
installation, landscaping and recreational infrastructure projects
throughout Western Australia. The successful candidate will be
responsible for managing projects from commencement through to
completion, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, within
budget and in accordance with client specifications and industry
standards. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate and manage
playground construction, landscaping and recreational
infrastructure projects. Develop and monitor project schedules,
budgets and resource allocation plans. Coordinate subcontractors,
suppliers and internal project teams to ensure project milestones
are achieved. Review project specifications, drawings and contract
documentation. Monitor project progress and implement corrective
actions where required. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality
workmanship and compliance with project requirements. Ensure all
works comply with workplace health and safety legislation, company
policies and industry standards. Liaise with clients, consultants,
suppliers, local authorities and other stakeholders throughout the
project lifecycle. Manage procurement activities, including
materials, equipment and subcontractor services.



Prepare project
reports, cost forecasts and progress updates for management and
clients. Identify project risks and implement mitigation
strategies. Assist with contract administration and project
documentation. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget
and to the required quality standards. Essential Requirements:
Minimum five years' experience in construction project management
or a related field. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies,
project delivery and site management practices. Demonstrated
experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent
communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills. Strong
organisational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to interpret
technical drawings, specifications and contract documentation.
Sound understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
Current driver's licence. Desirable Qualifications: Degree, Diploma
or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Building,
Civil Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline. At
least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the
formal qualification Experience managing playground, landscaping,
recreational infrastructure or civil construction projects.
Experience with project management software and Microsoft Office
applications. Primarily based at PlayPro Australia Pty Ltd's
Wangara office, with regular travel to project sites throughout
Western Australia. Salary $90,000 to $100,000 per annum plus
superannuation
