Our client is a NSW Government department seeking an experienced Manager Diversity & Inclusion to join their People Performance and Culture team in Parramatta, Sydney CBD (Martin Place) or Orange.

n

Role summary:

n

Lead the development, implementation and monitoring of organisation-wide diversity and inclusion programs and strategies, providing expert advice to senior stakeholders and supporting an inclusive and diverse workplace culture.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Lead the development and implementation of department-wide diversity and inclusion programs, strategies and initiatives.

n




- Provide expert advice to managers and executives while overseeing D&I; governance, compliance and stakeholder engagement.

n
- Analyse workforce data, monitor program effectiveness and develop reports and recommendations to improve diversity and inclusion outcomes.

n
- Lead and support a small specialist team responsible for the delivery of diversity and inclusion initiatives.

n

Selection Criteria:

n

n
- Significant experience and/or qualifications in Human Resources, Diversity & Inclusion or a related discipline.

n
- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering organisation-wide D&I; strategies, programs, policies and initiatives.

n
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills, with experience providing advice to senior leaders.

n

On offer is a contract prospect with a highly sought-after NSW Government department, with a highly competitive daily rate of up to$940 per day + Super .
