We are seeking an enthusiasticRoom Leaderto join our team at Newport Gardens Early Years Centre.

We are a large family friendly team whom are flexibleand value childrens voices. We have a beautiful environment, amazing outdoorsincluding a bush garden. We have efficient planning time, training opportunitiesincluding an annual conference where we all of ECMS come together and we closefor two weeks at Christmas and not to mention a coffee shop across theroad.

This is a full-time, ongoing role working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

About you

You're reflective, curious and purpose-led, with a deep commitment to making a difference.

You're open to learning and understanding the unique needs of every child.

You're a critical thinker and collaborative team member.

You have a drive to grow and improve continually.

You value kindness and respect.

You have great knowledge of the child safe standards and early childhood regulations.

You hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, a current WWCC, Mandatory Reporting Certificate, Foundations of Child Safety training certificate, Police Check, and First Aid in an Education and Care Setting certificate.

About the role

You’ll develop a high-quality educational program for the 3/4-year-old program in consultation with children, families and educators to achieve agreed outcomes for children.
