This senior role combines strategy, team leadership, and hands-on execution to ensure on-time, cost-efficient, and compliant product flow for our perishable farming operations.Key responsibilities· Develop and execute the end-to-end logistics strategy aligned with growth goals.· Lead and develop the logistics, warehousing, and distribution teams; foster a safety- and performance-driven culture.· Plan demand and inventory with production, manage cold-chain logistics, and optimize stock levels.· Oversee inbound/outbound transportation, carrier selection, rate negotiation, routing, and last-mile delivery.· Ensure food safety, product traceability, labelling, and regulatory compliance (Australian standards).· Implement and optimize ERP/WMS/TMS solutions; leverage data to drive continuous improvement.· Monitor KPIs (OTIF,
