The position is responsible for delivering high-level clinical expertise to families with complex needs, with a focus on communication, feeding, early language development, and parent-infant interaction.

Key responsibilities

- As a Speech Pathologist Level 3 within the Sustaining NSW Families program, you will play a pivotal role in supporting children aged 0-2 years who are experiencing developmental challenges and communication difficulties.
- Working within a team-oriented multidisciplinary team, you will provide advanced assessment, intervention planning, consultation and family-centred care to help achieve the best possible outcomes for children and their families.
- You will work closely with families, carers and key stakeholders, delivering education,



guidance and evidence-based interventions that empower families to support their child's communication and developmental journey.

What you need

- You are a passionate and experienced Speech Pathologist with a strong commitment to early childhood development and family-centred practice.
- You bring extensive experience working with infants and young children presenting with a range of developmental concerns and have the clinical expertise to assess, plan and evaluate effective intervention strategies.
- You thrive in multidisciplinary environments and are confident providing clinical consultation, facilitating collaborative case discussions, and building strong therapeutic relationships with families and partner agencies.
